HOW WE DID IT:  

The definition of good health and well-being can differ for a patient, a partner or a practitioner, so the strategic stakeholders of a US-based national campaign asked The Samuels Group to help them define the success metrics of a campaign to be designed to encourage individuals to embrace their health.  Using a validated approach, we collaborated with these stakeholders to identify the campaign’s mission, goals and resources.  TSG then developed a customized, evidenced-based Logic Model that permitted our client to identify a variety of measurable results, both immediate outputs and longer-term impacts, across the audience-tailored campaign activities. To objectively measure these results, we developed metrics, indices and best-practice protocols, grounded in TSG expertise and comprehensive academic and practitioner's literature review as well as expert interviews, to field measurement of the campaign and accomplish objective assessment of its achievements.
